About Tatianna
Tatianna's path into caregiving started at home. For about six years she was the primary caregiver for her grandmother, helping with everything from cooking and daily routines to appointments and keeping a close eye on her health, and it left her with a deep love for caring for older adults. When she earned her CNA, her mother stepped in to care for grandma, and Tatianna carried that same devotion into her professional work. She brings an unusual strength to it, too: years spent in security and high-stress situations taught her to stay calm under pressure and de-escalate hard moments, something she draws on every day in care. Since becoming a certified nursing assistant, she has worked in post-acute and hospital settings and as a mental health worker, supporting people through behavioral and emotional challenges with patience and a steady, reassuring presence. What she loves most is the human side of the work, talking with the people she cares for and really getting to know them, which is why she prefers one-on-one care to the rush of a facility. She is also working toward her longer-term goal of becoming a nurse. When she is off the clock, you will usually find her swimming or taking long walks on the beach.
