Suzette

Suzette brings a unique blend of leadership and hands-on caregiving experience to her work. Prior to COVID, she spent 10 years as an Operations Manager, developing strong organizational and problem-solving skills. She transitioned into healthcare and now works in a hospital setting, including in the psychiatric unit, where she has gained extensive experience supporting individuals with cognitive disorders. She is highly skilled in redirection techniques and is particularly effective in working with clients who may exhibit aggressive behaviors. Suzette also has live-in caregiving experience and is comfortable assisting with personal care as well as day-to-day activities like gardening. Outside of work, Suzette enjoys staying active through workouts and hiking. She is deeply involved in her church community, where she contributes to a homeless outreach program, reflecting her genuine passion for helping others.
