Krishma

Krishma’s nursing career has taken her from trauma care in Rochester to lung transplant recovery at Brigham and Women’s in Boston, oncology in Colorado, and telemetry at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego. Across nearly a decade of hospital nursing, she’s worked on floors that demand quick thinking and steady hands: cardiac monitoring, complex medication management, wound care, post-surgical recovery, and acute stroke care. She holds a BSN from St. John Fisher College and carries BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke certifications. After years in fast-paced hospital settings, Krishma moved into private duty nursing because she wanted to focus on one person at a time. She currently provides one-on-one care in the home, including health assessments, medication management, post-hospital recovery support, and ongoing wellness monitoring. Families who work with her describe her as attentive and calm, and she takes pride in building real relationships with the people she looks after. When she’s not working, Krishma enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her dog.
