About Ashli
Ashli got her start in caregiving in 2007, working as a CNA in skilled nursing facilities, dementia units, and nursing homes in Massachusetts. Over nearly a decade in those settings, she built a clinical foundation that most private caregivers simply don’t have, from managing complex mobility needs and monitoring vitals to supporting families through hospice. When she moved to California, she carried all of that with her into private homes, where she spent the next eight years working one on one with clients and their families. What drives Ashli is something she will tell you plainly: being able to directly improve someone’s quality of life gives her a deep sense of purpose. She is the kind of caregiver who values consistency and wants to truly know the person she is caring for. Whether the need is hands on personal care, dementia support, or simply steady companionship, she brings patience and a calm, grounded presence. When she is not working, Ashli enjoys baking, reading, puzzles, and decorating for the holidays.
