Lisa

Lisa brings 13 years of caregiving experience, combining her background in early childhood education with hands-on senior care. She spent 8 years as a preschool teacher while simultaneously caring for elderly clients, giving her a strong foundation in patience, engagement, and creating a nurturing environment. Lisa has experience in-home, in assisted living, and in board-and-care settings, including dementia and hospice care. She has worked closely with small groups of residents—handling personal care, bathing, medication support, meal prep, laundry, and meaningful interactions—while also managing challenging routines and mobility assistance using Hoyer lifts and gait belts. She has provided live-in care in the past, supporting clients with multiple night awakenings, and is open to live-in roles 3–4 days per week. Her calm, attentive approach and extensive experience make her a trusted caregiver for seniors needing both compassionate daily support and specialized care.
