About Catherine
Catherine built her nursing career in the places where things move fast and decisions matter: the emergency department, telemetry, medical-surgical units, and case management across multiple Southern California hospitals. She also spent several years in hospice, first as a triage nurse and case manager, then as a visiting nurse, helping families navigate end-of-life care in their homes and in facilities. She retired from nursing in 2016, and in the years since, cared for family members living with dementia, Parkinson’s, and cancer, managing everything from daily medications and doctor appointments to estate oversight for her aunt in Dana Point. Catherine is returning to private caregiving not out of necessity but because it is where she finds purpose. She grew up around private household staff — her uncles have spent their careers managing estates for families in Los Angeles — and she carries a natural understanding of the discretion, trust, and standard of service those relationships require. For Catherine, the right match matters more than anything else. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and their animals, staying active, and traveling.
