Neina

Neina knew she wanted to follow her mother into nursing from the time she was young. Hearing the way her mother’s patients talked about her, and the way her mother talked about them, made Neina want to understand that kind of connection for herself. She earned her CNA certification at 18 and has spent the years since working across nearly every care setting: home health and hospice, skilled nursing facilities, and acute care hospitals where she supported Med-Surg, Telemetry, and tracheostomy patients. Now in her senior year of nursing school pursuing her RN, BSN, she brings both deep hands-on experience and growing clinical knowledge to every family she works with. What sets Neina apart is the range of what she’s seen and done. She has worked in home health, long-term acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and private homes, and she chose to return to in-home care because the one-on-one relationships are what matter most to her. She’s patient, positive, and genuinely warm. Outside of work and school, she stays active with yoga and loves spending time outdoors.
