About Fe
Fe's path through senior care has covered nearly every setting the industry has to offer. She started as a patient care assistant in a hospital ICU while studying healthcare administration at Cal State Los Angeles, then moved to Orange County and spent the next decade working in assisted living, memory care, independent living, hospice, and private home care. Along the way, she earned her CNA and HHA certifications, a master's in healthcare administration, and a California RCFE administrator's license, which means she has managed residential care facilities in addition to providing hands-on care. That combination of clinical experience and operational knowledge is rare in a caregiver. Fe is bilingual in English and Tagalog and particularly experienced with dementia and Alzheimer's care, a specialty she has pursued at every stage of her career and supports through advocacy with the Alzheimer's Association. She is comfortable with the full scope of daily and medical care, including Hoyer lifts, medication management, vitals, and transfers. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, playing golf, cooking, and reading. Families who work with Fe will find someone who understands senior care from every angle, whether that means providing hands-on support at the bedside or knowing how a well-run care plan should be structured.
