He began his career as a CNA before becoming an LVN, spending over 20 years in skilled nursing facilities where he managed wound care, medication administration, tracheostomies, G-tubes, and supervised CNAs as a charge nurse. He also has extensive experience in staffing and recruitment for SNFs. For the past 10 years, Jose has focused on private caregiving, primarily providing live-in care for both male and female clients, managing complex medical needs, and keeping families informed with direct reporting on their loved ones’ condition. Jose is comfortable commuting throughout Los Angeles. He prefers more challenging cases where he can fully utilize his skills and thrives in situations requiring hands-on care.
