Renee

Renee is a skilled and compassionate caregiver with over 20 years of hands-on experience in both facility and in-home care. She began her caregiving journey in 1999 as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), working in hospitals and long-term care facilities for 15 years. During that time, she also worked as a Medical Assistant, further strengthening her clinical background. After several years running a daycare for foster children, Renee returned to senior care and has spent the past 5+ years working one-on-one with clients through home care agencies and private arrangements. She renewed her CNA, earned her Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, and maintains an active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration. Renee brings deep experience supporting clients with dementia, incontinence, and complex mental health conditions, including schizophrenia. She is trained in safe transfers and experienced with Hoyer lifts. Known for her patient and gentle approach, Renee provides reliable, heartfelt care with strong communication and professionalism. Availability: Open for 12-hour shifts Important Note: Renee cannot work in homes with pets or smokers due to allergies.
