Originally from the Philippines, Marlon began his caregiving journey in 2009 through a family referral and hasn’t looked back since. He first gained hands-on experience in a private facility in San Francisco, providing 24/7 care for up to six residents — a role that shaped his deep commitment to client-centered care. In 2020, Marlon formalized his experience by earning his CNA license, which remains current. Since then, he has worked consistently in hospitals and care facilities, further sharpening his clinical skills while remaining grounded in the values of patience, kindness, and dignity. Marlon is available for 12+ hour shifts or live-in placements and is happy to drive clients to appointments or outings. Warm, dependable, and highly skilled, Marlon is known not only for the quality of his care, but also for the genuine heart he brings to every home.
