Jeddalyn

Jeddalyn moved to Los Angeles from the Philippines and discovered caregiving almost by accident. What started as a first job in a new country became a career she built over the next decade. She has a particular depth of experience with cognitive decline, having worked closely with older adults living with Alzheimer’s and dementia for much of her career. She stayed with two of those clients through the end of their lives, and she speaks about them with the kind of tenderness that only comes from someone who truly loved the people she cared for. She is also experienced with complex medical situations, having supported clients through heart transplants, stroke recovery, and autoimmune conditions that required careful monitoring, medication management, and close communication with doctors and family. Jeddalyn is currently completing her nursing prerequisites while continuing to work as a caregiver, with the goal of becoming a registered nurse. That combination of hands-on caregiving experience and a growing clinical foundation means she brings both heart and knowledge to every care situation. She is a CNA, bilingual in English and Tagalog, and deeply committed to one-on-one care where she can give her full attention to the person in front of her. Outside of work, she recharges with hiking and camping, and spends her downtime with family.
